Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email and information on how to track your package. When you place your order, a notice will be sent to you by email. The VAT and duty fees are included in the shipping cost.


Please note, that in case of delivery outside EU you are obliged to bear the customs duties and further costs incurred. If you have any questions with regards to the customs regulations in your specific country, please contact your local customs office.


We gladly accept returns within 14 days from you receiving your order. Returns are at your own expense which can include VAT and duty fees. The products in your return must be in original condition, sealed packaging, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Items must have all tags attached.

To return your purchase, follow these easy steps: 

  1. Send an E-mail to: with your order number and reason why you want to make a return so we can identify and process your refund correctly.
  2. Pack the products you wish to return. You can easily reuse the box the items were sent in for the return.

  1. Please note that the returned package must be send directly to the address above as we are not able to pick up the package at any parcel shops. 
  2. Once we have received the products, your money will be returned within 14 days. We always make an assessment of your return - if the product is broken, used, dirty or delayed - If it is considered non-salable, it will affect the repayment.

Please note that we do not take responsibility for items lost when shipping back. We therefore recommend for your own safety that you keep the postage receipt with the tracking number.

If you wish to replace your product, you will have to return the one you wish to replace (see the steps in RETURNS above) and then place a new order for the product you want to replace it with.

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect jewelry (style, size, or color), you must contact us at and provide a photo of the defect and keep all the packaging. If a defected or incorrect product has been sent, Caroline Svedbom will provide you with a return label for free shipping back to our main warehouse.
